Reiki Workshop: Embrace Your Inner Child

Are you ready to connect with your inner child and listen to your inner child’s needs and feelings? Are you interested in discovering how your childhood affects your present self? Are you ready to learn how to become a loving parent to your inner child?

All of these principles of inner child work will be discussed in our Reiki workshop at HealHaus. This session includes a guided meditation to reconnect with your inner child, writing prompts to reparent your inner child, and group Reiki healing.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. All materials (pen and paper) will be provided.
